WRIGHT TOWNSHIP — A man convicted of selling counterfeit sports items now faces sex assault charges in Luzerne County.
Salvatore Argo, 38, of Mountain Top turned himself in Wednesday.
Police believe Argo sexually assaulted a woman he met on a dating website in August.
Argo was found guilty in 2010 of trafficking counterfeit merchandise.
