WAYMART — A man in Wayne County has pleaded guilty to running a kennel without a license.
Keith Stoddard of Waymart was in court Wednesday.
He is accused of neglecting dozens of dogs.
He pleaded guilty to 10 counts of failure to have dog licenses, 10 counts of failure to have rabies shots for dogs, and guilty to operating a kennel without a license.
Many of those dogs were taken from his home along Route 296 in Waymart last month.
Stoddard still faces animal cruelty charges.
