WILKES-BARRE — People driving through the city of Wilkes-Barre are dealing with traffic troubles downtown.
Emergency sewer repairs started Tuesday morning on South Franklin Street between Northampton and Market Streets.
City officials warn that there may be traffic delays.
That construction is expected to continue through rush hour in Wilkes-Barre.
