OLD LYCOMING TOWNSHIP -- Police in Lycoming County said a man burglarized a social club outside Williamsport last week.
Zachary Schreiber, 20, is also accused of stealing appliances from a home on Haleeka Road and stealing wires from telephone poles along that same road.
Police said Schreiber was on probation for a series of burglaries in 2012.
