On the stove top bring to a boil:
1 c sugar
1 c water
3 tblsp. minute tapioca
Peel and slice apples into a 9 by 13 pan. Fill it up!
Mix crumb topping:
1/2 c butter
1 c flour
1 c oatmeal
1 c brown sugar (less if you are using a sweeter apple)
2 tsp. cinnamon
Pour sugar syrup over the apples than add crumb topping.
Bake at 350 degrees for up to 45 minutes.
