MEHOOPANY — A bridge closure that was supposed to start next week in Wyoming County is now delayed.
PennDot planned to close the bridge on Sugar Hollow Road in Mehoopany on Monday.
Thursday Newswatch 16 reported about the concern people had with a 6.5 mile detour that was scheduled to last through July.
PennDot said due to public concern, that bridge closure is delayed until Monday, October 28th and the bridge will reopen during the winter months.
