HAZLETON — Three people are behind bars after police in Hazleton say they were caught throwing bricks at vehicles from the roof of an abandoned factory building.

It happened around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday along West Diamond Avenue.

Officers say Conrad DePuy, 21, from Trescow, John Hoffman, 19, from Hazleton, and Eugene Kantner, 19, from Hazle Township

All three were taken to jail.

They were charged with felony criminal trespass, recklessly endangering another person, propulsion of missiles, loitering, disorderly conduct, and criminal mischief.

A 17 year old was also arrested and released to his parents.
