SCRANTON — A driver in Lackawanna County will be cited after police say the driver rear-ended another vehicle and hurt a student.
It happened along Luzerne Street in Scranton around 7:30 a.m. in front of West Scranton High School.
According to police, the boy was getting out of an SUV when the driver of a car rear ended the vehicle.
The student has some bumps and bruises.
The street in Scranton was closed for about an hour while police investigated.
