SCRANTON — A tax preparer from Lackawanna County will spend two months in prison followed by four months house arrest on tax evasion charges.
Dominick Muracco, 60, of Scranton was sentenced Wednesday morning in federal court.
Federal agents raided Muracco’s office in Dunmore in 2010.
In May, federal prosecutors say Muracco admitted under-reporting his income and taxes.
