PITTSTON -- Police in Luzerne County arrested a man Monday who they claim molested a four year-old child.
Pittston officers arrested Eric Shields and charged him with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent assault, and corruption of minors.
Authorities said he promised the boy candy in exchange for sex last year.
Shields is due in court in early October.
