WILLIAMSPORT — A second shooting at the same apartment in Williamsport in less than three months has police trying to figure out who is responsible.
Police tell us a man was shot around 5 p.m. Monday outside the apartment along Lycoming Street.
Authorities say he was arguing with two others at the time.
Police found heroin and an empty holster inside the apartment.
The victim is expected to recover. Officers have not released his name.
Police in Williamsport do not know if the two shootings are connected.
