TAMAQUA -- Police have taken a man into custody that was wanted for raping a 12-year-old girl in Schuylkill county.
Angel Resto, 21, was arrested Sunday morning by police following the incident that took place in January.
Authorities say Resto remains in prison with a bail set at $25,000.
