OLYPHANT -- In Lackawanna County, dozens came out to Thirst "T''s" Bar and Grill in Olyphant Sunday to help a woman who's battling cancer.

Susan Gallagher was diagnosed with stage four cervical cancer back in April. People throughout northeast PA came together to show support.

There was music, basket raffles donated from local businesses, and food.

Thirst "T's" also donated 10% of all sales Sunday to Susan.

"When you get a diagnoses of cancer you don't know what to do and you don't know who to turn to , but this is just overwhelming, the support you get from your friends and community," said Susan Gallagher.

"Susan is a very very positive individual. She's funny, she has the best outlook on life and she's doing very well. She's thriving. She's doing everything she needs to do," said Kerri Moore, Susan's friend.

If you'd like to help, you can donate to the Susan Gallagher fund at First Liberty Bank in Olyphant.
