Police Investigate Reported Home Invasion and Robbery in Wilkes-Barre

WILKES-BARRE — Police in Wilkes-Barre are looking for three people who are responsible for an alleged home invasion and robbery in the city.

Police said the call came in for a reported armed robbery at a home on Carbon Lane around 7:30 Saturday night.

The victim told Newswatch 16, three people came into her home and threatened her father with a gun before leaving with a few small items.

A spokesperson for the city of Wilkes-Barre said police are investigating but have not made any arrests.

Police describe the three suspects as between the ages of 18 and 25. They were seen wearing blue jeans and hoodies, one each blue, black and gray in color.
