WAYMART -- A fuel truck crash closed a section of Route 6 Thursday morning in Wayne County.
Authorities tell Newswatch 16 the tanker and a car collided in Waymart around 5:30 a.m.
Route 6 was closed for a few hours between Carbondale Road to Route 296, the main intersection in Waymart. Crews believe the fuel truck's cargo did not spill out.
The driver of the car was taken to a hospital. Police have not released his current condition.
