PITTSTON — Three men face burglary charges in Luzerne County.
Police say they found a broken window and beer cans scattered outside the home on Kennedy Boulevard in Pittston around 2 a.m. Tuesday.
Officers arrested Thomas Gale and John Patte after a brief chase.
Cody Nelson was also taken into custody.
All three were charged with burglary, theft and receiving stolen property.
