HONESDALE– Authorities say a man plead guilty Thursday for recklessly endangering another person.
Matthew Holmes,39, was arrested after accidentally shooting his daughter in the face at a home on Eleventh Street in Wayne county this past May.
Holmes is scheduled to be sentenced on November 7th.
