It’s a storm that started late Wednesday afternoon and has a left quite a mess for many to deal on Thursday.
While many slept overnight, others dealt with the aftermath of flash flooding in Lackawanna County. So much rain so fast, left a muddy mess behind Thursday morning including in the Clarks Summit area.
