WILKES-BARRE — A man from Missouri faces charges for a hit-and-run crash that killed a pedestrian in Wilkes-Barre.
Police say Patrick Ramirez hit and ran over another man from Missouri early Monday morning along Kidder Street in Wilkes-Barre and then took off.
He was later located at a hotel where police say he appeared to be intoxicated.
The victim, Shane Stewart, died at the hospital from his injuries.
Ramirez is locked up with bail set at $50,000.
