WILLIAMSPORT — Authorities have released the picture of the man charged in connection with a crash in Bradford County that killed a husband and wife from Williamsport.
Police accuse Roegester Grays, 45, of Tioga County of being drunk when he slammed into a sport/utility vehicle outside Troy in March.
Ryan English, 35, and Karen English, 32, both from Williamsport were killed.
The victims had three children in the back seat when the crash happened.
Grays was charged with aggravated assault, homicide by vehicle while DUI, aggravated assault while DUI, homicide by vehicle, driving under influence of alcohol, possession of small amount of controlled substance, and several summary traffic violations.
He was arraigned and locked up in the Bradford County Prison on $500,000 bail.
