NORTH CENTRE TOWNSHIP — A man admits to driving drunk without a license before a deadly hit and run that killed a bicyclist in Columbia County.
Joseph Rish pleaded guilty Monday morning to homicide by vehicle charges.
Authorites say Robert Mohr from the Berwick area was riding his bicycle near Berwick last year when he was hit and killed.
Rish faces up to 15 years in prison when he is sentenced.
