LARKSVILLE — Police in Luzerne County charged a man Friday with sexually assaulting three children.
Investigators said Francis Parsons, 43, of Larksville assaulted an 11-year-old girl and two 12-year-old girls several times between May and July.
Parsons is charged with indecent assault of child, indecent assault of person less than 13, corruption of minors, and indecent exposure.
