SCRANTON — A nurse told authorities she stole prescription pain pills from her job in Scranton, according to the state attorney general’s office.
Police charged Deborah Kozar from the Pittston area Wednesday.
They said she gave some patients at Geisinger Mountain View Care Center Tylenol instead of Percocet and pocketed the powerful drug for herself.
Investigators said she stole over 50 pills. She is charged with forgery, assault, neglect and reckless endangerment.
