ANALOMINK — Federal investigators have filed charges against a man from Monroe County for allegedly filing false documents related to taking over $1 million from pension funds.
Charles Poalillo, 80, is the former resort owner of Penn Hills Lodge in Analomink.
Authorities say while he ran the business, Poalillo borrowed about $1 million from two pension funds but falsely reported the security of the assets to the Department of Labor.
