WEST BRUNSWICK TOWNSHIP -- The man police searched for all night is now locked up in the Schuylkill County Prison.

Edward Hill, 54, of Molino was arraigned Friday morning in Orwigsburg on a list of charges including attempted homicide and aggravated assault.

Molino was the subject of the all-night manhunt.

Police say it all began at the Happy Valley Trailer Park in the village of Molino. Hill got into an argument with the park manager because he was being evicted. When a trooper responded, Hill allegedly pointed a rifle at troopers.  State police fired at Hill but he was not hit. That's when Hill took off.

We talked to one group of people who were at a nearby church when the manhunt began.

“The youth pastor's wife came in and said if anybody doesn’t have their car locked, go out and lock it.  And we’re looking around and she says ‘there’s a gunman out there somewhere in the woods.’  So we locked our cars, came back in, and we were told to stay inside.” said Diane Ebert of Cressona.
