MILL HALL — Indecent assault and harassment charges were filed Thursday against a teacher in Clinton County.
According to the Lock Haven Express, Scott Frazier, 43, of Mill Hall had inappropriate contact with a male student at Central Mountain High School in March.
Frazier is the adviser of the high school drama club, a music teacher at Liberty-Curtin Elementary and also teaches at Renovo Elementary.
