SCRANTON — A tractor-trailer got stuck under a bridge Thursday morning in Scranton.

That rig got stuck beneath a railroad bridge at the intersection of Capouse Avenue and Olive Street.

The top of the trailer was ripped off.  The truck was hanging in the middle of the intersection blocking the regular flow of morning traffic.

Police in Scranton have not told us if the driver will be charged.
