BRADY TOWNSHIP — Police in Lycoming County said they arrested a Philadelphia man on drugs charges following a traffic stop Wednesday morning.
Authorities claim Warren Harding was driving a 2013 Dodge Charger on Route 15 near Montgomery when he committed a traffic violation.
When police asked to search the vehicle, Harding refused. Officers said a drug sniffing dog was called. Based on the dog’s behavior, authorities then obtained a warrant.
Police said they found 700 individual bags of heroin along with two packaged ounces of the drug.
Harding was charged and sent to Lycoming County jail.
