OLD LYCOMING TOWNSHIP — A woman is locked up after police say she sold heroin to an informant at two different locations in Lycoming County.
Old Lycoming Township police arrested Allena Marshall, 19, of Cogan Station Wednesday.
Police also say they found a large amount of cash and a handgun in the suspect’s vehicle.
Marshall faces nine felony charges.
She is locked up in the Lycoming County Prison with bail set at $175,000.
