HAZLETON — Police plan to charge parents with child endangerment after their child was found wandering the streets early Wednesday.
It happened around 1 a.m. Wednesday near Wyoming and Noble Streets in Hazleton.
Police said Leslie Peguero, 19, and Nelson De Jesus, 23, both of Hazleton, got into an argument and left their 15-month-old child alone wandering the streets.
Both parents face charges of endangering the welfare of children.
