TOBYHANNA TOWNSHIP --- A man accused of a home invasion in Monroe County was allegedly shot by his accomplice.

Pocono Mountain Regional Police said four men forced their way into a home at Emerald Lakes near Mount Pocono, demanded money and started firing shots, Monday night.

One person inside the home told Newswatch 16 bullets grazed his arm and hip.

Officers say one of the intruders accidentally shot an accomplice, Jehova Maldonado, 18, of Tobyhanna, in the head.

Maldonato was arrested after being released from the hospital.
