WILKES-BARRE — More charges were filed Tuesday against a man already jailed for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman.
William Esser of Kingston was arraigned Tuesday morning on rape and sexual assault charges.
Police believe Esser attacked a woman at the intermodal transportation center in Wilkes-Barre in June.
They think the man used a 4-year-old boy in his custody to gain the woman’s trust before he attacked her.
Officers say this is the second time this summer that Esser assaulted a woman while the child was with him.
