TUNKHANNOCK — PennDOT officials say they are scheduled to rip up the road on Route 29 from the intersection of Route 6 near the Prince Hotel to the post office up the street.

Officials say there will be road closures and controlled single lanes starting Sunday night in Wyoming County.

PennDOT suggests taking an alternate route due to the construction in the middle of town.

There is no word on when the construction will be completed.
