LAKE TOWNSHIP — State Police and the Luzerne County coroner are investigating an apparent drowning.
Troopers say a body was found Friday afternoon in a pond area behind a home near Harveys Lake.
It happened just before 3 p.m. near the intersection of Route 29 and Loyalville Road in Lake Township.
Investigators have not released the identity of the man.
Authorities told Newswatch 16, they don’t believe the death is supicious.
