SCHUYLKILL HAVEN -- A man convicted of involuntary manslaughter in Schuylkill County was sentenced 14 to 28 years in prison.
Authorities say Bryan Smith, 26, died after Keith Reber ,48, tied him to a tree last year and left him there for hours at Reber`s property near Schuylkill Haven.
Reber was also convicted of kidnapping, criminal conspiracy, recklessly endangering another person and tampering with evidence.
