SCRANTON -- An elementary school teacher has been charged with DUI and endangering the welfare of children for driving drunk on Interstate 81 last July in Lackawanna County.
According to court paperwork Lynn King , 42, had a blood alcohol level that was twice the legal limit when she was stopped by state police.
Police said her seven and eight-year-old children were in the car.
It is unknown if King will be disciplined by the school district.
