WILKES-BARRE — A judge in Luzerne County ruled Wednesday morning there is enough evidence to send Joshua Ovalles to trial on homicide charges.
Authorities say Ovalles shot and killed Vaughn Kemp, 24, of Wilkes-Barre after a fight along South Grant Street in Wilkes-Barre last month.
