OLD LYCOMING TOWNSHIP — Police say they caught a man removing scrap wire from an auto repair shop in Lycoming County.
Old Lycoming Township police arrested Joshua Carver yesterday after finding him inside Shirns Auto Shop along Greene Avenue.
Officers say carver also had marijuana and stolen items from a Dollar General store.
Carver is locked up on trespassing, drug, and theft charges in Lycoming County with bail set at $75,000.
