SCRANTON — Some details of the visit of President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden were released Tuesday.

We now know that the president is expected to be in Scranton Friday afternoon around 5 p.m.

The White House says the president and vice president will speak at Lackawanna College at 4:55 p.m.

Air Force One is scheduled to fly out of the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport around 6 p.m.

Tickets to the event are free and will be given out on a first come, first served basis starting Wednesday from 4 p.m. until 7 Lackawanna College’s Angeli Hall on Vine Street.
