MOUNTAIN TOP — More charges were filed against a man in Luzerne County after he was out of jail for only three days.

Freddy Reyes is now accused of tapping into PPL lines and stealing electricity.

Investigators believe Reyes was in the process of setting up a marijuana growing operation in his home in Mountain Top when he was arrested Monday.

Reyes was previously locked up after a drug bust in Luzerne County in June.

His bail on those charges was reduced to $200,000 and he was released on August 16.  He remains free on bail.
