ULSTER TOWNSHIP — State Police filed charges against a man from New York who’s accused of stealing $38,000 worth of hydraulic tools from a business in Bradford County.
Matthew Temple, 31, from Waverly, New York is charged with stealing the equipment from Weir Seaboard in Ulster Township.
Temple is charged with 1 count of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, both felonies of the third degree.
Temple is locked up in the Bradford County prison in lieu of $2500 bail.
