An attorney for one of Jerry Sandusky's victims said his client and Penn State University have reached a settlement, but for how much, we may never know.
This is the first civil suit against the university that has been settled, following the former football coach's conviction in 2012.
Attorney Tom Kline represents the man known during the trial as victim five. Kline would not say how much his client settled for.
