MILTON — Police in Clinton County have charged the owner of an environmental firm with writing bad checks to the Wayne Township landfill in May, according to court papers.
Brian Bolus owns Minuteman Environmental Services in Milton, Northumberland County, which hauls fluid and equipment for the natural gas industry.
Earlier this year, state agents raided the business and Bolus’ home but would not say why.
