PLYMOUTH -- A man is dead and another is charged with vehicular homicide after a wreck, according to state police in Luzerne County.
The crash happened on Nottingham Street in Plymouth on Wednesday around 8 p.m.
Burgos, 21, of Plymouth faces a slew of charges and is in police custody.
