DALLAS — Jerry Sandusky’s appeal of his conviction last year will be heard in Luzerne County next month.
Sandusky is asking the Superior Court of Pennsylvania to overturn the verdict convicting him of sexually assaulting 10 boys.
The superior court will be holding a special session at the Dallas Senior High School in September.
The court calendar shows they will hear Sandusky’s appeal September 17 or 18.
