SCRANTON -- A longtime employee of a housing association in Lackawanna County learned her punishment for stealing thousands.
A judge in Lackawanna County sentenced Robin Hess Tuesday morning to three months in jail, followed by six years of probation.
Hess admitted in May to stealing thousands from Thornhurst Country Club Estates, where she worked as property manager. She was arrested in January.
According to court papers, Hess raised her own salary, forged company checks, and pocketed cash from club members.
