NOXEN TOWNSHIP -- Federal investigators have released more on last month's deadly helicopter crash in Wyoming County.

Five people were killed in the crash near Noxen during a storm.

A preliminary report from the NTSB says the pilot did not have the proper certification to fly in rough weather conditions.

Investigators also say he never requested a weather report before leaving Endicott, New York.

Federal investigators are still looking into the exact cause of the crash in Wyoming County.
