STROUD TOWNSHIP — A Monroe County man is in jail after he was found with three types of drugs.
Police say Evan Watkins, 24, Stroud Township was pulled over Sunday afternoon in Blue Mountain Lake Estates. During the stop, police found heroin, cocaine and “crack” cocaine.
Watkins remains locked up in Monroe County.
