CLARKS SUMMIT — A man is in custody after allegedly threatening to shoot his wife and their four-year-old daughter.
Police tell us Mark Kinney, 35, of Clarks Summit was arguing with his wife when it turned violent and he shoved her.
That’s when Kinney allegedly made the threats.
His wife told police that he went downstairs to grab his gun, and she heard a shot.
Police found that a shot was fired through a garage door, which then went outside and struck a vehicle in the driveway, and continued on to hit a lawn chair in the backyard.
Officers said it was apparent that Kinney was intoxicated.
At the police station, officers learned that Kinney was convicted of Aggravated Assault felony in 1998, which states he cannot posses a firearm.
Kinney is charged with reckless endangerment, possession of a firearm that he is prohibited from having, simple assault attempt, terroristic threats, and harassment.
