HANOVER TOWNSHIP — A man on a bicycle was hit by a car Friday night in Luzerne County. It happened around 11:30 p.m. along the Sans Souci Parkway.
Police say the victim,24-year-old Dominic Serra of Nanticoke, was riding his bike when he was hit by 31-year-old Nicholas Kosek.
Serra was taken to Geisinger Wyoming Valley for treatment.
The accident is currently under unvestigation.
